The orientation of the furniture has been carefully planned to take full advantage of those stunning views and create a sense of unity with the dining area and kitchen.
The Dining Area
We were really keen not only to maximise the glazed area but also to optimise the view of the unique location allowing the internal space to become one with the outside area. This resulted in the incorporation of three sets of bi-fold doors, one to the front of the lounge and two at 90 degrees to one another allowing the dining area to be completely open when the conditions permit.
Imagine sitting at the front of the home, surrounded with glass and the stunning sea view, what a special place to start the day,having breakfast and surveying the horizon and deciding what the day has to offer. The ability to throw back the glass doors and make the most of your location is pretty special.
Kitchen
The striking aqua quartz work top, and mirror plinths and beautiful sea tone splash backs not only make the kitchen a beautiful place to be but the same attention has been given to the quality and functionality of the space with Neff integrated appliances which include oven, induction hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher as standard, catering for all necessities and luxuries. To make relaxing even easier we have incorporated a coffee maker and wine cooler.
Entrance Lobby and Cupboard
The side entrance offers a small inset canopied area through which you gain access to the lobby complete with coat hanging and boiler cupboard which further houses a washer/dryer and an airing cupboard area.
The Central Hall
LED up-lighters are used to make this area attractive in its own right, expanding the airy beach feel of the lodge. A door has been added to reduce noise between the living and sleeping areas - this is optional and can be omitted if you would prefer a greater sense of open space.
Master Bedroom and En-suite
Tastefully decorated the master bedroom continues the Seafronter stylish principles. The king-size branded pocket sprung bed is the centrepiece to this light spacious room with built in veneered headboard and bedside furniture. There is good practical wardrobe space and dressing area but the hidden gem has to be the indulgent en-suite with two person bath and its own concealed mirror fronted aqua vision TV. You can even specify hydro massage facility if required. There is also a separate shower area with floor to ceiling tiling, all beautifully finished to the very highest standard.
Outside
On the outside we have used low maintenance quality materials to withstand the exposed location but do to so in style. The Alwitra roof membrane is one of the best brand names on the market and the Canexel cladding is widely used and available in a choice of alternative colours.
Grey painted windows picking up with the roof membrane and Aluzinc guttering complete the imposing presence of the aptly named Seafronter.
Seafronter Audio & Video Specification
The Seafronter has an audio and video specification to complement its aesthetic appeal. The fully integrated, wireless, multi room system, uses a product called Sonos, which has been designed and installed with completeness and simplicity of control in mind. It uses the homes pre installed wireless network to share audio throughout the home as well as providing the means
of communicating control. The system is operated by an Apple iPad and Sonos App to provide complete functionality throughout the Seafronter. The wireless network can be used to link in any personal computer by simply installing the free software provided, this enables the system to utilise the music library stored in your computer. It is also possible to use, should you wish, a NAS drive such as an Apple Time Capsule to store and play your audio library.
The Seafronter also provides an iconic BeoVision 10 32” Bang & Olufsen television.With its sllek, slimline design it provides excellent picture quality and outstanding sound and links into the Sonos system as an audio output. The package is completed by the latest BluRay player; linked in to the Sonos, enabling CD’s to be played throughout the home.
In addition to the integrated system the home has a state of the art standalone Bang & Olufsen iPod sound dock. This work of art not only look the part but provides a sound experience that will blow you away.
